Is the front hub a 32h that has been built with a 16h rim?

Just sold them... i dont use them for long rides, and have only used them for short rides and 1 crit.

Yes phill wood is a 36 spoked on every second, rear hub is also a 36 spoked double on drive side, single on opposite for stifness
