Money, inner tube, allen keys and a pump. Seems to get me out of trouble most times.

Oh yes, and some food if it's a long ride.

When i take the camelback its got the usual though: Tubes, phone, car keys, allen keys, tyre lever, pump and.....water

All the usual stuff, tube, multi tool, blah, blah, but at this time of year I almost always carry a bandage in case of snakebite.

Personally I feel it’s a good idea to leave a healthy trail of blood for people to find me so no first aid, your never more than 15mins from a road round here anyway...
