Brisbane to GC - Help me raise $500 for diabetes

Hey there

Well i was always going to do the 100km Brisbane to Gold Coast ride on Oct 11 2009 anyway, but last week after my 34 year old brother was blinded and after being rushed to hospital and almost comotosed he was diagnosed with diabetes type 1...

so i thought what the heck, I should see if I can raise some cash... and hopefully some dough can go towards helping people with this disease.

BTW - my brother seems to have recovered his sight back and is now on the diabetes routine and getting on with his new life as a diabetic.

Also BTW - I am doing this fixed... a little pain in the name of diabetes
