    Default 3MIN DIR track frame cheap or nasty?

    Found this track frame on ebay the other day and it's pretty cheap or is it CHEAP and NASTY made in china frame?

    I think it was seeling around $119 US

    what do you guys think?

    The steerer tube has been painted. Cheap and nasty.

    Couldnt be any worse than some of the old "council clean-up" frames that seem to be selling for ridiculously high prices on Ebay

    They are ALL made in China anyway
