    fluro ourys ordered, frame at powdercoater, just this morning hypercoloured the shit out of her helmet with supplied stickers. i have tyres, wheels, will probably get new gears in the coming days.

    in other news she is better than 50% of the muppets on beach rd.

    Curious to know.. how much are Ti bolts anyway?

    like $4-5 each i think i purchased a bag of ti bolts previously but to be honest, i wouldnt bother again. Ti bolts are also very soft and easier to strip if you do not take care.

    3T team stems come with Ti hardware.

    In a stem, they save about 10-15g. (6 bolts)

    If you replaced every bolt on your bike with Ti or alloy ones, you'll save ~100g, and your wallet will be about $200 lighter.

    surely theyre just shit bolts sold as ti if youre shearing them off etc..

    no. The ti alloy used in bolts is reasonably soft. it's not really the best material for the job. but is cool anyway. I have probolt Ti bolts which are about a zillion dollars each and they are still soft.
