Your family are coming to my next birthday. On the pedal front, I'd say go shimano ultegra ones to keep it in the family. I run the older style Looks on both my bikes and they're faultless, I think shimano/look are much of a muchness when it comes to quality though.
The seat is pissing me off i think it was cause i had just been snow boarding for a few weeks... my ass was killing when i was riding it. hence the change! but its back normalish going to get fitted soon @ clarence just need to find the time...

PowderCoat - the bonty stuff has been really good for the last two years. No reported issues with the comps through my shop. Neat setup.
