It started with a 2008 Diamondback Axis Disc
After my first trail ride at Lady Carrington Drive
New tyres, Maxxis Larsen TT eXCeption Series
Replaced the fork with a Marzocchi thing
Then after a bike night, it looked like this

After a number of rides with the DB, it was time for a dually and Amir was selling this
Got a Token internal headset installed not long after purchasing the frame.
All the stock parts of the DB was installed back onto it and all the newer parts were transferred to the Reign (including the 100mm fork, wheels & chain)
After another bike night
It looked like this

Derek comes along and asks if I want to sell the DB and I said yeahhhhh ok! That meant taking the wheels, chain and fork off the reign and putting it back onto the DB.
The DB looked like this before it left home, I was a little sad.
I then purchased a Fox 32 Float RL fork (as a birthday present to myself) and a new seat from eBay and it now looks like this
Now as most of you know already, I joined an order with Tony/Justified for a new wheelset and chain! I initially ordered the Mavic Crossrides and then Clifton tells me I could have bought something better for cheaper or the same $ (ie, build a custom wheelset)
So Clifton the man advises me what I should get (Shimano XT hubs & Mavic XM719 rims) and it ended up being cheaper and cooler! The next day I chased up Tony to see if we could change the order and we sent an e-mail to CRC. Gareth from CRC replied and said he could change it and it's something they hardly do because the order has been processed already. So Gareth FTW!
The order was delayed due to the building of my custom wheelset so that was cool with me, bit of an inconvenience to tony and his mate though (thanks tony)
And thennn... we got sent the Crossrides! (the invoice and packing slip had the custom wheelset on paper)CRC FTL!
After a number of e-mails, we sent the Crossrides back and they sent the custom wheelset first (before the crossrides arrived back in the UK) Gareth FTW again! He was nice to deal with. No issues.
They finally arrived and I picked it up from Tony last night!
Shimano XT 8spd Cassette
The Reign will be completed tomorrow night and I will be able to ride again after 2+ weeks!
