    LOL well it might surprise you (but not others...), around 8hrs is my target at the moment for the Convict 100, give or take 30mins... You'll be quicker that though this year, no?

    Thoughts of that first coldie back at Monkey Farm will hopefully see me over (and past) the finish line!

    Dharawal SCA.

    Took a couple of mates for a spin around the southern end of Dharawal this morning. The climb out of OHares Ck along the 10C fire trail is a killer. Spent more time pushing than pedalling.

    Did Manly Dam this morning. Still pretty wet. Had a big off. Burped my front tyre. That will teach me to reduce the pressure for more grip. LOL....luckyly no broken bones. Just a reduction of my skin. It wil grow back.....jus hope scar tissue isn't heavier than normal skin. LOL
