Eek, I prefer MTB in wet weather than sliding around on skinny tyres, copping little bits of metal in the tyres and putting up with spray from vehicles.

Specifically, the low budget drivetrain of a single speed MTB, and sticking to fireroads that drain off better.

Yeah I'd agree. But I wasn't riding in the rain, just in the gaps in between.
All of my regular trails are shut atm as well, which doesn't help.

If only i had a cheap'ish' single speed. Nothing worse than having to clean a filthy drivetrain..

The only thing good about the rain is that it's easier to sleep.

Pulled the pin on my camping trip, just it time! Got home last night, after driving through torrential rain, from the Coffs Coast back to Sydney.

Was supposed to be heading down to Jervis Bay for the Husky 100, today - But the course is under water, and thus, the event Canned.

Yeah I heard the Husky 100 was cancelled.

I'm supposed to be racing at OMV tomorrow at the bike festival they're hosting. Somehow I don't think it'll be on

Out of these trails around canberra which one is the most "all mountain"(with the most downhill) trails?

    East Kowen Forest
    Sparrow Hill

Edit: Well i worked out it's practically the same place, so ignore me.
