Smile New Life for an old 'Horse

Well you see I've been tossing this whole single speed thing around for a while and have only heard positives about it and then when KeroMX did the SS job on his SC Cameleon and he's always grinin' like this after a ride. >
    I needed to go there.

One night had just bid on an "eBay bargin" of a SS GT Peace and missed out. I grabbed more beer and went out to punch something in the garage and take out my anger of some eShopper wanting something as much as I did and outbidding me. Damn, I'm sure you know whats its like.
Then it happened I saw her in a different light.. My ol' Ironhorse (AKA. 'the mountain goat' or 'the shita' depending on my mood) sitting there untouched unloved unused unridin since she was superseded by a shiny new GT Force last year. Shame.. because she was the one I turned to after the MTB bug had bitten deep once again the year before, We'd been through too much, we could never part, there's just something about her, She climbs steep trails like no other and oh so cromoly comfy.. But to look at, I guess she's my ugly duckling. Only now with less gears...

    Sooo I already got this..

    Consume these..

    Grab These..

    Remove these..

    Add This..

    Get this..

And I've found you end up with this

I've been riding this thing around the streets at night with a big dumb grin on my face, I can keep off it. I can't believe how different it feels.
I've heard it before and it really does feel like the first time you rode a bike all over again..

    Stay tuned..

    Brilliant story

And I'm glad you like single speeding. It really is addictive once you get used to it.

    Looking forward to updates!

that thing deserves to be re-painted and blinged up like a $1000/ night Las Vegas hooker.

    nice ride!
