 A38 - my number.  My brother-in-law Richie at the start.  Jing at the start.  Richie and I at the start. The line for the start was huge, and they were only letting a few people go each time so we decided to start on Princess Highway instead (what we originally intended to do) and we merged back in with the pack later on (rude huh?!).  We still got caught up in the que, even though we skipped a half hour wait at the start.  Richie, with free muffin and cuppa tea at Loftus  Jing and Warren at Loftus.  Single speed and noisy as fuck dirt tyres, Jing caned it up the hills and beat both Richie and I to the top!  We ran into Brad and his mate Greg at the top. The BMU T is sooo easy to spot from a distance (yes we need to make jerseys!).  Gregs Cervelo.  Love this road over the ocean.  The Finish.  Smurfette crossing the line.  Kebabs at the finish!  The girls drove in to pick Richie and I up, gotta love them hey?!  Bikes on it's home time.  Relaxing post ride with Richie's home brew.

some pics from my helmet cam on the day
 sydney park  the starting line  some van drove into the cyclist only lane !!  van moved out of the cyclist lane after being told off by the cops  some dude in a tigers team  this guy was riding SS!  removalist blocking the road  speeding down princes hwy  loftus oval !  loftus oval  loftus oval  muffin time  descents!     a family, the boy riding up the slow long incline!

Some funny things I saw on the way: - Huge sign on a shop which read "TOTAL TOOLZ" on Princess Hwy. - A team of people wearing "Wild Wogs" Jerseys!
