Default Appin picture thread

Pics from today's ride:
http://www.bikesmoveus.com.au/showthread.php?t=389

10AM on the dot at the carpark. Overcast and cool.

3 minutes in and Jing goes over the bars whilst riding Zi's Santa Cruz. Bike ends up submerged in the river. Jing is sorry and offers Zi a steak as compensation for any damage done to the bike.

Zi approaching the rolldown before the bridge.

Jing on the rolldown (prescription Oakley Gascans missing in action).

This South African dude joined us on the ride. Anyone catch his name?

Thanh going for it.

Tony too.

Brandon too (addrenalin much?!).

Biggest stack of the day goes to Adam who did a massive over the bars to ninja roll. Hope you're 100% bud.

Bikes chilling out post lap. Sun's out, it's getting hot.

2nd lap. Tai, Cliffy and I break away from the pack and Tai washes out and has a soft fall in the sand.

Grant our most excellent tour guide. I could hear him up front yelling out directions, and "log!" as well as "sand!". Awesome.

2nd lappers, happy and spent.

The shots of Jing and Ian (the Sth African bloke) on the roll down are great.

Everyone looked pretty happy after making it across the bridge.

Adam's roll after the stack was very professional looking. It was timed perfectly so that he landed on his feet at the bottom of the second little step there!

I can't believe no-one went for a 3rd lap.

Did anyone huck the roll ins?

I'd try an ardent in a 2.4 instead. They're meant to be grippier than a minion.

I think it is, you can see the sharp right which we missed and went straight instead. We got so lost the 1st time there and ended up at some houses in the middle of the bush waaay far away!!!
